In India Fitness is considered men only activity, overall, we are lazy and only 10% adult do minimum physical activities as required by WHO guidelines . Among women Only 3% meet the minimum healthy levels of physical activity, which brings a clutch of health benefits such as reductions in the risk of hypertension, coronary heart disease, stroke, diabetes, breast and colon cancer, obesity, depression, risk of falls, and improvements in bone and functional health. It is must that women are aware of advantages of physical activities and have a routine where they dedicated one hour every day on their fitness!
